相比之下,我国上市公司股权激励制度的发展严重滞后,这与我国证券市场的飞速发展是极不相称的。我国目前已经加入WTO,上市公司将面临来自国内外的双重竞争,如何采用合理的激励方式留住核心人才成为当务之急,加强对股权激励的理论研究与实务探讨有着重大的意义。
