8.4. Limitation of Liability. The total amount of the liability of the Seller and the Guarantors and in respect of all cases of breach or non-fulfilment of the Seller’s Warranties which are found after the Closing, shall be limited to and in no event exceed the amount of USD 4.25 million. No claim shall be made in respect of any breach or non-fulfilment of any of the Sellers’ Warranties unless the amount of each claim individually exceeds the amount of USD 15.000.00.
