随着国际贸易自由化和经济全球化程度的逐步加深，在原关税与贸易总协定和后来成立的世界贸易组织的协调与推动下，全世界的关税水平大大地降低了，关税作为传统的贸易壁垒，其保护作用逐渐削弱，各国所面临的外部竞争越来越激烈。为了保护本国的产业发展，使其在国际竞争中有着一席之地，非关税壁垒逐渐成为一些发达国家实施贸易保护主要的工具。非关税壁垒的广泛存在，对我国贸易和经济发展形成巨大阻碍，其中技术壁垒中的绿色壁垒对我国的对外出口贸易影响尤为突出。本文通过对非关税壁垒产生原因及分类的了解，以绿色壁垒为例分析其对我国出口企业的影响并提出对策，最终证明政府和企业携手合作，才能更有效的对抗非关税壁垒的障碍，最终冲破非关税壁垒。
