随着农业的发展,解决好农村剩余劳动力就业问题,使农村劳动力从传统的农业部门向现代经济部门转移,这是加快农村经济发展,协调城乡关系的重要方面。农村就业问题是当前解决“三农”问题的关键,也是协调城乡经济社会发展需要研究的重大课题。因此,从农村就业问题入手,积极探索解决农村就业问题的基本方法、途径是有效缓解当前“三农”问题所带来的经济、社会矛盾的一条思路。
本文从我国城市化带来的失地农民问题入手，联系他们所面临的失业与社会保障问题，从理论上提出了对该问题的思考。
