目前我国民营企业飞速发展,但在企业管理过程中存在着诸多问题,主要表现为民营企业由家族化管理向职业化管理转轨的问题。笔者立足当前民营企业管理现状及存在的问题分析了其根源原因,首先阐述了民营企业内部治理结构的家族化现象,然后从企业对职业经理人激励与约束机制不健全、职业经理人制度建设的缺陷、私人信任的不足、传统文化的阻碍等角度分析聘用职业经理人障碍的原因。最后提出了破解家族企业用人的约束条件,因势利导推进家族企业用人制度革新, 进而提出完善职业经理人激励与约束机制和完善职业经理人市场等方面的促进我国民营企业发展壮大的对策。
