急性脑梗塞是丘脑供血障碍使脑组织缺血、缺氧而引起的脑软化，病情相对较重〔1〕。除积极地配合治疗外，做好基础护理，对防止进一步梗塞、预防各种并发症具有重要作用，如果护理措施落实不到位，将直接影响患者的治疗效果和预后。通过对2004年1月～2006年10月我院106例急性脑梗塞患者的护理，笔者体会到在心理、安全、病情观察、预防并发症、肢体功能锻炼、语言训练、饮食及出院指导等方面的护理对提高患者的生活质量、促进康复具有重要意义，应引起足够的重视。
