人作为一种资源越来越受到重视，尤其是在我国，作为一个人口大国，人力资源是一项非常重要的资源，那么人力资源会计的重要性也突兀而出，而人力资源会计尚未得到广泛应用的主要原因在于“人力资源会计计量”的困难，因而，本文就“人力资源会计计量”方面的问题作了主要论述。
