第一个可以。
第二个不是不可以，但有点不对劲。
which 是代物品的
who 是代人的。
that 可以代物或人，更general一点，所以更常用。
你可以说: I saw the book which you brought me.
I saw the book that you brough me.

I don't like the way (that) you speak to her.

I don't like the way that you speak to her.可以这么说。
I don't like the way which you speak to her. 一般不能这么说

第一个可以，第二个不可以。
