随着经济全球化,特别是我国加入WTO后,如何在企业内部开展诚信管理,提高企业员工的诚信意识,已引起我国企业界越来越多人士的关注。本文拟从诚信的内涵和企业诚信的重要性的阐述入手,粗略分析员工诚信缺失的表现和原因,提出解决员工不诚信的对策及有效开展诚信管理的措施,以使大家对企业内部开展诚信管理的现状和发展趋势有一个表象的了解。
诚信是一个企业的竞争力和可持续发展的动力源,而诚信企业的建设又依赖于企业内部诚信员工的共同塑造。同样员工的不诚信行为又会给企业带来很大的危害。究其原因不外乎员工个人和企业内部管理两方面的因素。所以我们要重点加强对员工的诚信教育的同时,更不能放松对企业诚信的管理,要加强对《合同法》的培训与应用,重视员工的诚信道德教育,树立诚信的公司经营管理团队形象,完善员工诚信管理的制度,弘扬企业文化,加大诚信宣传力度,并通过以上具体措施的实施在企业内部有效的开展诚信管理。
面对日益加剧的竞争,企业必须尽快营造诚信的文化氛围,提高员工的诚信意识,树立诚信的服务理念,才能立于不败之地。
