下面这句英语有毛病吗?

改正为it is you who give me the hope比较好

没什么大毛病，完全是中文式的英语。

口语里可以这么说。
但加上一个限定词，构成定语从句会更好。

It is you who gives me hope.

或者去掉it's -
You give me hope.

It is the hope you give me.
省略that的从句
你原来那样是不对的
