摘要：劳动争议仲裁制度是世界各国及地区一项重要的法律制度。经过十几年的努力，我国的劳动争议仲裁制度已经初步建立起来，并且在劳动争议处理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是，我国的劳动争议仲裁制度仍然存在不少问题，完善劳动争议仲裁制度势在必行。本文简要介绍了我国劳动争议仲裁制度的产生及历史沿革；点出我国现行劳动争议处理体制中存在的问题与弊端；对改革和完善我国劳动争议处理体制提出对策。

Title: A Brief Analysis of condition, problems and strategies of China's labor arbitration system
Abstract: The labor dispute arbitration system is an important legal system in the areas all over the world. After more than 10 years' efforts, China's labor dispute arbitration system has been initially established, and played an increasingly important role in dealing with labor disputes. However,it is imperative to improve labor dispute arbitration system because many problems exists in this system. This paper briefly centers on the the origin and history of labor dispute arbitration system and points out existing problems and drawbacks in China's current labor dispute handling system. At last this paper put foward strategies to reform and improve our labor dispute handling system.
