Remedies
The Parties agree that a remedy for breach of this Agreement might be an action for an injunction for equitable relief to prevent disclosure or further disclosure or remedy the effects of a disclosure that may have occured, with respect to which the Partier acknowledge that irreparable harm might result.Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as preventing any claim for monetary damages which may be brought for a breach of this Agreement.
