A 特定巡检的内容及实施单位
1 特定巡检由乙方自行组织其专业人员进行，乙方应为此配备场地、工具、车辆等。
2 特定巡检应包括以下内容：
2.1 检查管道及其它组成件、接头、法兰及阀门的密封情况，是否存在泄漏；
2.2 检查管道的绝热层、防腐层是否有破损、脱落、跑冷不完好的情况；防腐层是否完好；
2.3 检查管道的位置是否符合相关的要求；
2.4 检查管道有无异常振动情况；
2.5 检查管道之间是否相互碰撞摩擦、管道是否有下沉及异常变形情况；
2.6 检查管道的支吊架是否脱落、变形及损坏的情况；
2.7 检查阀门、法兰、膨胀节；
2.8 检查管道上标识是否完好符合要求；
2.9 检查安全保护装置；
B 在线检验的内容及实施单位
1 在线检验，乙方根据管道安全级别和相应技术参数、运营要求，在甲方提出具体项目、时间和任务后，有条件时配合管道的间隙停工，寻求有权认证机关认可的、合适的、有资质的第三方进行在线检验。乙方与该第三方应另订具体合同。
2 在协议期限内，甲方应在每一公历年届满前90天向乙方提供其下一年度管道在线检验的具体实施时间、要求和项目，并由双方协商后确定具体在线检验方案。在线检验方案确定前，甲方应准备好与检验有关的管道平面布置图、管道工艺流程图、单线图、历次在线检验及全面检验报告、运行参数等技术资料。实施在线检验的第三方应在了解这些资料的基础上对管道运行记录、开停车记录、管道隐患监护措施实施情况记录、管道改造施工记录、检修报告、管道故障处理记录等进行检查，并根据实际情况制定检验方案。乙方在检验方案的制定过程中应起组织和协调作用。
3 在线检验应包括以下内容：
