[摘要]：近几年，从“非典”到“雪灾”，再从“3.14”事件到“5.12”汶川大地震，中国经历了一次又一次的大灾难，但是在中国政府和中国人民的共同努力下，通过中国媒体有效的信息传播和传达，在一个共同团结的力量下我们都挺过来了。本文将从媒体如何在突发公共事件时控制言论、导向舆论、进行有效传播等方面对5.12汶川地震后的信息传播进行经验总结方法分析，在此基础上为突发公共事件中的信息传播提供一个可参考的系统化、理论化的应急机制，即突发公共事件发生前后一些列相关的应急措施。

That is, the related response measures before and after public accident.
