摘 要：系统根据中小学生日常学习的需求进行开发设计，旨在减轻中小学生课业负担、提高学习效率，相比传统的实体字典节省了空间和时间，为学生和教师提供了更方便的服务。此系统采用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 中文版和Microsoft Access 2003数据库技术，包含五大功能模块：字典查找模块、字库管理模块、用户生字本模块、记事本模块和附录模块。系统的实现遵循了软件工程的设计思想和面向对象的程序开发原理，并根据软件的特点详细介绍了在平时的学习过程如何通过拼音和部首检字法查找生字及其所对应的注解。

The system carries out development design according to middle and primary schhol students' daily learning needs, the purpose is to lessen the burden of middle and primary school students'schoolwork, and to raise learning efficiency, it would save space and time in comparison with traditional individual dictionary, it provides a more convenient service to both students and teachers.
This system uses the Chinese edition of Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, and the data bank technology of Microsoft Access 2003, it consists of five function modules: Dictionary look-up module, word bank management module,user's new word pad module,note pad module,and appendix module. The implementation of the sytem is by following the software engineering's design thinking and the theory of object-oriented programme development,and based on the special features of the software, introduces in details how to look up in the normal course of lear
