本人事管理系统实现人事管理的系统化、规范化和自动化，方便人事信息的查询、浏览、修改等操作。主要功能包括：系统设置、员工档案管理、员工调动、考勤管理、工作评价、工资管理、系统维护七个部分，含盖了企业日常人事管理中的七大重要组成部分。并且有丰富的菜单功能，用户操作均在各种菜单的提示下进行，用户操作环境与业务很接近,使用方便，具有较强的实用性。

The personnel management system to realize the systematization and standardization of the personnel management and human resources information query, convenient operation, browse, modify, etc. Main features include: the system Settings, staff files management, staff's transfer, attendance management, job evaluation, salary managemen
