摘要：小区绿化建设在城镇规划中占据着重要的地位，本文通过结合北碚区云景华庭，北泉花园，竹芸山水，缙云华府，缙云峰景，云山花园六个小区的绿化建设中存在的问题以及体现的优点，归纳小区规划中的绿化建设常发生的问题，应遵守的八大原则和发展的趋势，最后结合六大小区的实际操作进行案例分析。
