UC知道语法有错误吗

对吗，从语法上讲我感觉别扭，但从寓意上分析也不算错

上面在asked后少一个 whether。 在恩波2009年6月大学英语四级、六级考试作文预测《How Will Our Life Go on without Internet?》中的第一句话是“If asked whether the Internet is the greatest discovery of the 20th century, my answer would be yes.”
不知道是不是错误的，记得有在英语中有一种叫独立主格结构的，不知道是不是。

语法上属于省略的范畴。但掉了一个关联词whether/if
when (I am) asked whether he is bad man ,my answer is yes.
省略句吧，我也觉得怪怪的
加 I WAS , IF什么的就通的，英语，主要是口语。
明显的语法错误！应该注意前后两个句子保持一致，应改为When asked whether he is a mad man ,I will answers yes .
前一句是独立主格结构，省略了主语I。
其实后一句的is，应该改成was，整个语境是过去时态，事件的主要动作发生是 “被问”和“回答是”所以都该用过去时。而he is是个一般现在时，表示他一直以来的情况。
这里没有什么虚拟之类的而是很实在的陈述语句。当被问到他是否是一个坏人时，我回答是。
