If any Party breaches this Agreement, then the non-breaching Party shall be entitled to collect from the breaching Party, in addition to such other remedies and relief allowed by law or in equity, any and all costs (including reasonable attorneys_fees) incurred by the non-breaching Party in enforcing this Agreement.
