我是上海旅游高专科学校的一名学生，我所学的专业是烹饪工艺与营养，所学的课程涉及厨房管理、餐饮服务，成本控制、营养学和中西面点。
我现在在上海外滩三号（Three on the Bund）黄浦会（Whampoa Club）实习，黄浦会是一间种厨房，我在点心间工作，在黄浦会实习期间我学到很多自己专业上的只是和技能。
因为我很热爱我所学的专业，擅长点心制作。我的理想是以后当一名具备高素质的点心师。希望能够通过这次J-1项目的锻炼机会让自己能更加了解中西方的餐饮文化和专业技能，从而使自己磨练成为一个更加出色的厨师。

I am the Shanghai tourism high school student, my major is cooking process and nutrition, studies involving kitchen management, catering services, cost control, nutrition and western pastry.
