摘要
函数发生器又称波形发生器，是一种常用的信号源。目前国内生产的函数发生器大部分是利用分立元件组成的，靠手动来转换量程，其体积大，可靠性、准确度都比较差，不能满足科研、生产的要求。随着大规模集成电路和单片机的迅速发展，这就提供了仪器更新换代的可能性。近年来我国利用大规模集成电路ICL8038组成的函数发生器，进行一系列调试和实地测试，结果表明完全可以取代以往的模拟电路。利用ICL8038芯片和外接少量的元器件，就能制成质量技术先进、结构轻巧、价格低廉、用途广泛的多功能函数发生器。在上述基础上，如利用单片机进行控制，即成为多功能智能函数发生器，它既能产生各种波形，又能以数字形式显示新产生波形的频率和幅值,且能程控。利用单片机的运算和存储功能，可以编制一系列以提高准确度，增加功能的软件。这对函数发生器准确度的提高、体积的缩小和功能的加强有着重大的影响。本仪器由下列几部分组成：函数发生器，真有效值转换电路，A/D和D/A转换电路，单片机最小系统，显示键盘和控制电路。
