其次对总厂各作业单位间的物流强度进行分析，在考虑非物流影响因素后，确定出了作业单位间的相互关系，绘制出了位置相关图和面积相关图。总厂布置图是在以上两图的基础上结合工厂具体物料搬运方式、道路选择、自然条件等因素绘制出了三套可行方案并评价择优。
