The Contractor shall implement a proper safety management system to control, follow-up and trace the implementation of the works safety and safety measures.
ALE reserves the right to halt or stop any work not in compliance with the safety rules or which is judged dangerous/unsafe.
Anyone noticing “ a defect, an inefficiency or lack of protection, or a new risk/hazard zone” must temporarily cordon off the area at risk and immediately inform the ALE Site Manager who will then notify the liable Company.
2.2 Contractor Safety Representatives Requirements
HSE in the work place is everybody’s responsibility. However, certain individuals are required to have additional responsibilities. The Contractor shall give to ALE its safety organization chart. The Contractor organization must include, as a minimum, the following designated Representatives :

承包者应调整其对现场的组织结构图，可根据不同的灾害涉及工程完成与代表下面提及。最新人事组织架构图给啤酒每一个月。
