16.3.1 Confined Spaces
E-EP-9-10-5 Work in Confined Spaces (Entry Permits)
To initiate work in confined spaces the Contractor shall give ALE an “Entry Permit for Confined Space” at least a day before and for each day of work in these areas.
The Contractor shall prominently display danger signs on all sides of the confined space and/or near the entry point(s). All confined spaces shall be clearly labelled by posting a sign reading “Danger – Permit Required - Confined Space, DO NOT ENTER”.
The Contractor shall ensure that all employees involved in confined space entry have received the proper training so as to acquire understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform their job safely. They shall be instructed as to the nature of hazards involved, necessary precautions to be taken and in the use of protective equipments and emergency measures required. Each Worker shall have their own oxygen analyser.

16.3.1封闭空间
