All accidents, incidents, near miss accidents or First-aid, no matter how small they may be, shall immediately be notified to ALE. Accidents at work fall under the competence of the social organisms of the country in which the site is located. The declaration of an accident is incumbent upon the Contractor having the injured person under contract, irrespective of whether this person was contracted out and is under the orders of another Company.
The Contractor shall investigate the event promptly and write a report on the circumstances in which the accident occurred. This report must be submitted within 24 hours to the concerned organisations and to ALE. This report shall detail the circumstances, the date, the hour, the causes, intervening persons and eventual witnesses of the event. ALE reserves the right to participate in the whole investigation process.

所有的事故、事件、避免了的事故或是急救，不管它们有多轻微，都应立即向ALE通报。工作时发生的事故应由工地所在国家的社会组织处理。事故通报的义务属于雇用期内受伤工人的承包人,并且不论该工人是否被包出或是受命于另一家公司。
承包人应迅速地调查整个事件，并写一份关于事故发生地环境的报告。该报告必须在24小时之内递交给有关组织和ALE。该报告应详细描述事故现场的环境、事故的发生的日期、时间、起因、相关人员、和可能的目击者。ALE有权参与整个调查过程。
事故根源的分析和推荐的整改措施（保险措施）也应提交并通报。
